DispositionIQ gives legal and records teams a centralized workflow for managing files and boxes throughout their lifecycle. Matter-level file information, box associations, retrieval requests, return requests, retention schedules, close-to-catalogue activity, and destruction authorization are all managed within a single Relativity workspace.

The result is a structured, searchable process that replaces disconnected spreadsheets, email chains, and manual tracking with one connected workflow from intake through final disposition. Every file, box, request, and retention action is managed in one place, giving teams a more organized and consistent way to oversee physical records.
