# Proud NAMWOLF Business Sponsor

This September, MCS Group is heading to Los Angeles as a proud sponsor of the [2025 NAMWOLF Annual Meeting & Law Firm Expo](https://namwolf.org/events/2025-annual-meeting/). The Annual Meeting brings together minority, women, and LGBTQ+ owned law firms with corporations and public entities who believe in the power of diversity to shape a stronger legal community.

## Our Commitment to Inclusion 

At MCS, we invest in our employees by building an environment where they can grow, contribute, and be heard. Our goals include the three c’s of inclusion – career advancement, culture, and community. The goal of career advancement is to ensure all employees have equal opportunity to promotion and development. The goal of culture is to provide safe spaces and adequate training for employees and partners. The goal of community is to invest in, and advocate for, partnerships with small, local and/or diverse suppliers.  

Outside our walls, we support organizations like NAMWOLF, NMSDC, NGLCC, WBENC and more to make sure representation and opportunity extend beyond our own business, reaching clients, partners, and communities.  

### Looking Ahead to Los Angeles 

There is an energy at NAMWOLF that inspires us every year. It is a reminder that when diverse voices come together, ideas are sharper, collaboration is stronger, and progress is possible.
