    For the 3rd year in a row, MCS Group will be a business partner sponsor to the NAMWOLF Driving Diversity & Leadership Conference on March 2nd in New Orleans, LA. The National Association of Minority and Women-Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF) is an organization with a mission to promote diversity in the legal profession by fostering successful relationships among preeminent minority and women-owned law firms and private/public companies. 

    As a national outsourcing services partner, and a certified women’s business enterprise (WBENC), MCS Group deeply aligns with the mission and values of this association, and we are excited to connect with our peers at the event.

    Diversity Supplier - WBENC Certified

    In July 2024, MCS Group will celebrate its 15th year as a nationally recognized women-owned business certified by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). WBENC is the largest third-party certifier of businesses owned, controlled, and operated by women in the United States. This year, the WBENC organization is focused on how to AMPLIFY its message. 

    AMPLIFY is defined as a rallying cry to magnify and elevate the voices, influence, and impact of entrepreneurial women in business. MCS stands alongside WBENC in their efforts, and we will be attending and sponsoring their national conference, WBENC AMPLIFY, on March 19, 2024 in Denver, CO.  

    Core Distinction - Diversity

    In January 2024, MCS launched a rebrand to emphasize our capabilities as a national comprehensive information and management workflow solutions partner. As part of the launch, we conducted internal values assessments to determine our five new distinctions – consultative, experienced, diverse, responsive, and trusted. 

    Our distinction of diversity is key to the culture strategy at MCS Group. Internally, MCS Group has launched several programs to gather new perspectives and highlight opportunities in leadership. Externally, MCS Group remains committed to working with companies and agencies that recognize diversity and promote it in commerce. WBENC, NAMWOLF, and the HR Department of the Year nomination all underscore our unrelenting dedication to focus on diversity and increase corporate responsibility on this topic.
