    Who We Are

"If executive leadership isn't actively advocating for diversity, equity and inclusion, then the organization is prioritizing profit over progress (when the two efforts should go hand in hand)."

The Three C's to Champion Diversity

At MCS Group, we recognize that diversity and inclusion are key to driving growth and building a stronger, more connected workplace. Our Supplier Diversity Pledge demonstrates our dedication to creating an equitable and inclusive environment for our employees, partners, and the communities we serve.

    Culture

Creating an environment where all individuals are valued, respected, and empowered to bring their authentic selves to work. This includes fostering safe spaces and providing continuous education on diversity and inclusion.

    Community

Championing the success of women-owned, minority-owned, and LGBTQ+ suppliers by investing in their growth and fostering strong, equitable partnerships within our supply chain.

    Career

Providing equal access to career development, training, and advancement for all employees, ensuring that everyone can succeed and grow within our organization.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Action

At our core, we believe diversity, equity, and inclusion are vital to building stronger communities and driving sustainable growth. We are proud to integrate these values into every aspect of our organization, from leadership development to supplier relationships. Below are just a few ways we are putting our commitment into action.

    • Women-Led Growth and Empowerment

      Empowering Women, Leading the Way

As a women-owned business, we are deeply committed to advancing female leadership within our organization. In 2024, women accounted for 58% of all promotions across various departments, underscoring our dedication to equitable career growth. Furthermore, women currently occupy 60% of supervisory positions in our legal support team, highlighting our commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace where women can thrive in leadership roles.
    • LGBTQ+ Leadership and Commitment

      Supporting LGBTQ+ Inclusion and Advocacy

We are proud to champion LGBTQ+ inclusivity at all levels of our organization. This year, we became members or sponsors of the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC), the Lesbian and Gay Bar Association of Chicago (LAGBAC), and the International Bar Association (IBA), reinforcing our support for LGBTQ+ communities and advocacy. Our representation spans executive, management, and staff levels, demonstrating our dedication to building an environment that celebrates diversity and respects all identities.
    • Promoting Diversity Across All Levels

Driving Diversity and Opportunity at Every Level

Our workforce reflects a strong commitment to racial and ethnic diversity, with Asian-Indian, Asian-Pacific, Black, Hispanic, and Native American employees comprising over half (52%) of all promotions this year. This achievement is complemented by our recent membership with the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC), furthering our goal to advance opportunities and resources for minority professionals and strengthen partnerships within minority-owned business networks.
