MCSDirect is a proprietary software designed to offer the most efficient and economical electronic document management system in the industry. How it Works:

Our online ordering system provides auto-fill features, access to our database of record providers, as well as the library of our custom HIPAA compliant authorization forms. Authorization forms can be completed, scanned, and attached during the ordering process.

directstatus

Statuses of all requests are available online, which allows you to view all notes and phone calls regarding your requests. You may search and alter your requests using your file number, claim number, or claimant name. Status updates are communicated electronically by your designated MCS Representative.

directdocs

Once the records are obtained, our Quality Control Department will check them thoroughly and provide you with our Quality Guarantee, assuring completeness and accuracy. All records are scanned to a PDF or TIFF format and hosted in our secure repositiory where you can do the following:

• Highlight
• Annotate
• Redact
• Bates Number
• OCR
• Download
• Personal foldering system
• Allow access to authorized experts

Directdep is a feature of MCS Direct that supports our deposition services. It allows users to login, schedule depositions, obtain status, review transcripts and download your documents through directdocs.
