A Look Back at Our Women’s History Month Spotlight Series
Throughout the month of March, we honored Women’s History Month by spotlighting the incredible women who have helped shape The MCS Group over the years. Each Monday, we highlighted a leader whose dedication, leadership, and contributions have left a lasting impact on our company. These women have spent years—many, even decades—helping MCS grow, lead, and deliver for our clients. As we close out the month, we’re reflecting on their stories and the lessons they’ve shared.
Rosemary Esposito, CEO and Co-Founder
As CEO and Co-Founder of The MCS Group, Rosemary Esposito’s journey began more than four decades ago with a vision to build a company that puts clients first. Under her leadership, MCS has grown into a nationally recognized organization known for its trust, reliability, and client commitment. Rosemary believes leadership is about adaptability, motivation, and creating an environment where employees feel valued and inspired.
Her advice to women entering the industry? Be loyal, show up, be confident, and be brave. “You’ll face challenges, but if you consistently demonstrate your commitment to the work and to those around you, you’ll build trust and respect.”
Gerri Finnegan, EVP, Northeast Regional Manager
For 45 years, Gerri Finnegan has played an instrumental role in MCS’s growth. She believes true leadership comes with responsibility—guiding, delegating, providing the right tools, and making tough decisions when necessary.
Her career has been filled with defining moments, from making the leap from the Philadelphia court system to helping MCS expand into new markets. One of her biggest leadership experiences came in 1993 when she transferred to Newark, NJ, to build a new team. That group became a tight-knit unit, bonded by the shared belief: “It takes each of us to make a difference for all of us.”
Her advice? Show up, work hard, earn your place, and build strong relationships—they will give you the flexibility to grow both in your career and life.
Tyeisha Lambright, Group Operations Manager
With 22 years at MCS, Tyeisha Lambright has built a career rooted in leadership, mentorship, and growth. She believes leadership is about serving and inspiring others while making meaningful change. Her advice to women in the industry is to get hands-on and always keep learning: “The most successful professionals understand their work inside and out. Continuous learning will set you up for success.”
One of her proudest moments? Overcoming challenges with a tough business partner—a test of resilience that shaped her leadership skills.
Katie Bean-Tallon, Senior Account Executive and Shareholder
Katie’s career at MCS began when she was just 18 years old, initially taking a job to earn money during college. However, she quickly found a passion for account management and helping clients succeed. Over the years, she has built strong relationships by learning every aspect of the MCS process, making her a trusted resource for both the company and its clients.
Her leadership philosophy? Support your team, communicate effectively, and respect differing perspectives. And her advice to women in business? “Understand that your coworkers are just as important as your clients. Kindness and respect go a long way.”
Alison Poulos, Account Executive and Shareholder
Alison Poulos’ journey with MCS is deeply personal, MCS has been a part of her life since the day she was born. Now, nearly 17 years into her professional career with the company, she continues to build on its legacy. One of her proudest moments was delivering her first client presentation, a defining experience that confirmed her confidence and expertise.
Her leadership style is rooted in servant leadership: empowering others, communicating effectively, and understanding every detail of the process. Her advice to women in the industry? “Follow your gut and ask questions. The more you ask, the more you learn.”
