MCS can be a valuable support asset to every company we support. For all services provided, MCS will supply the following:

  • Pricing schedule for the document support services

  • Complimentary pick-up and delivery within a 30-mile radius of the specific office

  • A Document Support Specialist and a Case Automation Specialist to consult with your support staff on a project-by-project basis

  • A Technology Administrator for project specific technical support, with regards to hardware and software compatibility and electronic file transmission

  • A Project Manager for each case automation project to consult on front-end data design and to complete back-end data quality control

  • Project-specific Production Estimate, upon request

  • Customized billing to accommodate any specific billing needs

  • Third party and direct billing to client, upon request

With any complex production task, communication is the key to success. MCS extensively trains our Account Executives to utilize process protocol, which ensures that all details of a project are always communicated correctly, rather than leaving this critical responsibility to a CSR, delivery person or a courier service.
