will retrieve the record from
the file, capture the pertinent
information, and mail copies to
the requestor in a time frame of
your choosing. We will bring our
copy equipment to your office at
a previously scheduled
appointment and copy all the
requests in a timely manner. The
request will be logged to our
proprietary logging system.
Capture MCS will use state of the art
capture technology to convert
your paper documents to digital
format. Our capture process can
be customized to integrate into
your existing document
management process, or we can
advise your staff on how to
create a document workflow
process.
Deliver All records are mailed in a
secure manner to ensure
patientconfidentiality and
compliance with HIPAA
regulations.Billing for our
services is at no cost to your
office. Wewill bill the
requesting party for all
