In 1979, MCS was co-founded by
David Bean and Rosemary Gould Esposito. Initially, MCS
conducted business as Medical Copy Services serving trial
attorneys with a need to obtain medical records quickly,
efficiently, and economically. With that simple premise, MCS
has evolved into a multi-million dollar enterprise with an
affiliate network of offices serving thousands of clients
across the nation.
In 1995, Medical Copy Services became known as The MCS Group
as a result of a strategic plan to diversify and offer
on-site management of business support such as copy centers,
mailrooms and file rooms to law firms and corporations.
In 2000 with the growing demand for Case Automation and
Electronic Discovery, MCS began offering Litigation
Automation Services to address the need to better manage
document populations electronically.
Today, MCS employs approximately 500 associates under the
leadership team of an Executive
Committee whose experience is unmatched in the industry.
